About Us

The Pacific Staging Company


...was founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 1991. We are a small company that make amazing events happen. The concept from the very beginning was to serve as a "turnkey" staging solution; providing all of the parts and pieces needed on every job as a standard fare - and plenty of them too! Our large inventory of audio, lighting, and video equipment means we are fully capable of supporting shows of any scale. We design and build custom sets and also offer a wide selection of existing stock scenic elements that can be used to quickly and economically create a dynamic look for your show.

We realize that a successful live event requires more than sophisticated technology and great scenery. We start by learning the purpose of your event. Understanding your goals helps us to drive your project in the direction you want. From a strategy planning session with senior executives, to a motivational meeting for your entire organization, or an evening of awards and entertainment, we know how to present and support any event on your budget.

Step one is to create a customized proposal based on attendance, room requirements and budget. This proposal outlines all of the technical information about the event: production schedule, equipment itemization and labor. Once the proposal is approved, our team of CAD designers work with our clients to create an accurate 3D CAD model of the event space with all of the key elements in place. In addition to creating lighting plots, calculating weight loads and determining rigging points, we use this drawing to visualize various seating configurations, backstage layouts and stage placements. Our clients see their show weeks before it ever takes place.

Our experience with orchestrating and executing large general sessions, dozens of simultaneous breakout sessions and trade show support means you can feel confident about your meeting running smoothly. We ensure that every meeting complies with local Fire Code and safety guidelines. We coordinate with the venue as your liaison. We routinely review venue contracts and offer insight as a part of our service. We manage meeting logistics so that you have more time to focus on your event.
